I think the Fitbit Spotify app is just on Versa 2 now, to be coming to other trackers, don't know time frame.
Also I think it is/will be available to all; i.e. not part of Premium.

Welcome to the Community @Rickypopat_08. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
Thanks for your assistance @JohnnyRow and @t.parker.
Spotify app has been enabled for Fitbit Ionic. The Spotify app allows you to control the music playing on the Spotify app on your phone, computer, or other Spotify Connect devices, and to like songs and switch between playlists. The Spotify app on your Fitbit device doesn’t support offline music playback.
The Spotify app is available on Fitbit watches. To install the Spotify app, update your Fitbit device. If the update isn’t available to you, please check back soon. Keep in mind that you will need a firmware with OS 4.0 or later to install it.
You can learn more about it by checking these articles: How do I update my Fitbit device?, How do I control music with my Fitbit device? and How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch?
If after checking this information, you're still unable to install it, please provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing in your Fitbit app or if you're receiving any error message that's not letting you install the app.
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the screenshots shared @Rickypopat_08. I would like you to confirm that your Ionic has the latest firmware version which is 27.68.9.15. You can double check this by going to your Dashboard, tap on your profile picture and then below your watch's image you will see the firmware version.
If you don't have any update available in your Fitbit app, you should receive it soon because it's a rollout release.
Catch you later!

I have the latest Ionic firmware you mentioned (68.9.15), latest iOS (13.1.3), and latest Fitbit app (3.8). When I try to install the Spotify by Fitbit app I successfully give the app internet and run in background permissions, but the app never completes installation (fills up the installation bar but does not finish).

@YammieYams Thanks for getting back. I appreciate the details mentioned and the screenshot shared.
I would like you to log out from your app and force quit it. After this, please log back in and try to install it again. Keep in mind that up to 39 apps can be installed on your watch at a time.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for replying, Silvia. I didn’t know there was a limit, but Spotify is my 39th app, so I deleted one of my apps to make sure the fact that it is the last app wasn’t the issue. Then I logged out and force quit as you suggested. When I logged back in I received the same pop up as before asking if I wanted to continue the installation. Unfortunately when I tried to install it again I received the same message they the installation failed.

@YammieYams Thanks for getting back. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and for deleting one app in order to have 39 apps installed. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you.
@Rickypopat_08 It's great to see you around. Thanks for the troubleshooting tried. In order to install Spotify app, you will need to have the latest firmware version on your Fitbit Ionic, as mentioned before this will be rollout, you will need to wait until you receive the option on your phone.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
