Not enough power from source message while charging

Have seen this mentioned a few times on here but nobody I can find has come up with a solution. I’ve tried cleaning the contacts as sugggested by Fitbit. Tried different charging sources... wall and computer. Just bought a new charging cable from Fitbit (£16:99) and still won’t charge🤷🏻‍:male_sign:. Has been working well for almost 3 years. Recently updated firmware as instructed... could this be issue?

I get that on a second charging cable I purchased from eBay. ~AUD$7. About £3 or 4? I just tap OK and ignore the message. The device charges fine. As long as there is a green charging indicator in the top left hand corner, then it is charging. Have you tried a higher current charger, such as a fast charge (QC3.0) complaint charger?
