please check the list if you are compatible:

If your phone is compatible, I suggest turning off Bluetooth on any other devices you may have nearby. This can sometimes impact pairing the Fitbit initially.
Once all devices have Bluetooth turned off, please restart your phone and try again. You may have to reinstall your Fitbit app.
