I am not able to receive notification on my Fitbit. I have activated the notification on the app as well on the divice still I do not get any notification. I received only call notification. Kindly advice. I keep getting this message "Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notification on your tracker. I have restarted the phone serverial times still I do not receive notification. Kindly advise?

I do get the notification to restart the phone however I still do not receive any notification
