My Ionic has not given me a sleep score since the update roughly a month ago. I have restarted the device multiple times. No change. Please advise.

They walked me through a factory reset. unfortunately, the heart rate is still erratic. In addition, the watch has now started resetting itself often. I just lost a whole workout. All of these problems started immediately after the update.
