I reset the Ionic completely. Still not tracking steps or heart rate

Reset ionic. Recent update today with no change. Suggestion to change clock face. I changed clock face, Still no tracking of heart rate and steps

If a factory reset was done the ionic will need to be set up as if it is a new device. 

Since this was posted on two unrelated boards. Is the steps not showing up on the ionic? Or do the steps show on the ionic and not the app?

Hi,
The steps & heart rate are not showing up on the Ionic or the app...neither.
I did a factory reset as was instructed. Is there something done
differently if you’re a new owner of the Fitbit?

Outside of a new owner may need to create a Fitbit account, if they do not have one, the process is the same. 

Since I know of 8-10 thing's to and none require doing a pair with the phone, I was confused. 

How long ago does the app say when the last sync happend.

Last sync was 7:50 pm this evening. Still not tracking steps,motion & heart
rate. Have reset & factory reset with no lucj

Where you able to setup the tracker after the f'd gory reset? 

A successful setup should include a sync, however any data not synced before the factory reset, should be lost.
