I am wondering why when i lift my hand that the time & other info is not showing. The notification is "on". Also, how do i download my music from my iphone 7 to my fitbit? Thanks

I'm not clear exactly what you are asking.  Are you saying that the watch display does not come on when you move your arm from horizontal to vertical? If this is what you mean, when the screen is awake, give a long press on the left hand button and check that Screen Wake is set to Auto. If it is on Manual change it and it should then work. If this isnt what you mean or isnt working, please come back with more details.

As far as music goes, you cant download from your phone - it needs to be a computer or laptop. See HERE for how to do it
