Hello, 

 

One: I am obviously having a reaction to the band that came with the ionic but

 

two: it will not sync the data for the “active hours” correctly. I have hit every hour with 250 steps or more today so you can imagine my disappointment when the first three hours are logging as goal not met. 

 

Help please!!!

Hello @PokemonMaster without knowing what phone, I'm going to suggest that this probably is a known issue. Are your active hours correct on the web?
