Pairing headphones

For whatever reason, my wireless earphones are no longer paired with my Ionic and I am having a devil of a time getting them to pair again.  Any advice?  I've turned off the cell phone's bluetooth so there should be no other interferance.

Nope but if you include the model of headphones in the title, someone who may be able to help may notice
