Not syncing

I have tried several times by restarting my ionic and even did hard reset. It worked for 2 days and now will not sync again.

Same thing happened to me this morning, fully charged iphone x and fitbit ionic, wont sync at all.

I tried reset and also remove it from my list and nothing, tried forget my device and now it will not even find the ionic on my bluetooth list, very frustrating
