Today my Fitbit ionic stopped tracking steps, heart rate, and won’t turn on when I flick my wrist. I shut it down first thing, and it took forever to restart. I’ve factory reset it probably 3 times today. I guess I should contact the company. Any suggestions?

Just did chat with a customer service rep. I have a New Ionic on the way (after it processes)

I don’t remember. I would start by going to Fitbit’s website or google Fitbit customer service
