First started with message that clock face had problem and to install a different clock face. Did that but then there was no response when I'd try and swipe to different screen. Tried several different faces with no luck. Did all the button resets. No change. At one point I somehow was able to get it to factory reset. Spent 2 hours setting it back up. Now it will swipe to different screens but won't track steps or heart rate. Watch was a replacement for ionic that failed after 6 months in July 2018. Love this watch and would Iike to get it going again.
