I bought the watch less than a year ago. A few days ago, the watch started to have its screen appear and disappear. Now it is gone altogether. I reset the watch. It only shows nothing but a faint back light. I think this is a technical issue. Where can I go to have fixed or replaced?

Fitbits don't tend to be repairable but you should be eligible for a replacement under warranty if it's defective.

i was having sync issues so did a reset and now my screen is black, i can't get it to turn back on, is this the same issue??
