I'm stuck with this useless piece of crap adidas Fitbit with no instructions anywhere to be found. Can anyone take pity on me and tell me if there is a way to make notifications synced to my iPhone actually display on the Fitbit? Someone told me there was but none of the support docs I can find show how, or rather they show what you do, it just doesn't work. All my Fitbit does is vibrate when a call comes in. No display. If I touch it THEN it will display the name and number, then promptly send the caller to voicemail making them think I saw who it was and rejected their call. Very rude.if anyone knowsif this can be fixed to work a different way I sure would appreciate help. The Fitbit company's instructions are useless and hard to find. Thanks. T

Hi @TnsAtl

The user manual and related help articles can be found on the forums here - click to go there

An article on how to receive notifications is here - click and be sure your phone is compatible.

You also have the option of contacting customer support to have them walk you thru this, if you need additional help.

I have been to those help pages. This is my chief complaint with Fitbit. Their support documents are more about selling features than about fixing problems. This problem is not addressed anywhere. I have done everything they say to do to set it up. It s

does not fix this problem. And unless apple iPhones are not compatible it is not a hardware issue

Which iPhone do you have? You can find out which ones are supported here. There's a whole bunch of them that are supported.
