Notification centre within app not working

Hi, I’ve discovered that I can no longer get access to the notification centre within the Ionic portion of the App. It’s still there yet when I tap it nothing happens.

my partner has the same issue with her Sense, does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried force stopping the app? 

Or remove and install a fresh copy?
