Ever since I updated, I receive NO notifications. I’ve done all the trouble shooting recommended and NOTHING.
NOT a happy Fitbit customer!!!

Was that update a move to iOS 13 on your phone?
If so, there's a known bug with notifications not working. Keep an eye on the following thread where fitbit are posting updates and recommendations:
