I never get the actual notification until I drag down the notification bar on my Ionic. Nothing automatically displays anymore and hasn't for a few months.

@GARILLA, did you check the tracker Settings screen to verify that Do Not Disturb did not get turned on?

A short term fix I've had to do is restart my ionic when I notice it is happening and that usually works for a few days or weeks
