Notifications has disappeared

Notifications has disappeared from the menu on the watch itself so there is nowhere to turn on notifications!  

ive done a reset and a repairing etc.  

My watch menu now shows:- 
brightness

screen timeout

sleep mode

do not disturb

screen wake

vibrations

left button short cut

bluetooth 

heart rate

active zone minutes

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. If you updated your Ionic to the latest firmware version then now you can turn on Do Not Disturb mode which will turn off all notifications. This could be editable in the 'Settings app'. Are you not receiving notifications on your Ionic after installing the latest firmware version?

Just to clarify...I’ve had the Ionic since it was released and loved it, and know it pretty well!  Sadly, now that I no longer get notifications I’ll be switching to another brand.  I’ve been trying to figure this out since the new firmware update and it’s still not working.
