Notifications keep turning off on my Ionic

I have noticed that after setting up my Ionic the first time almost 2 months ago, that I received notifications for a short time and then they just stopped being pushed to my device.  I checked the settings in the mobile app and everything looked ok.  I restarted the Ionic and made sure that my settings were still good, but that didn't fix the issue.  Then I tried a my Ionic and set everything up again.  My notifications, specifically FB Messenger, keep getting turned off somehow.  I just went into the mobile app to see if Messenger was still checked and it wasn't.  I checked the box, but there is no option to save so I hit the back arrow in the app.  Why is this happening?  I am getting incredibly frustrated that this keeps happening when I purchased this Fitbit for its notification ability.  Its getting to the point where I want to return this device, but I am now outside of the return period for the retail that I bought the device from.

Oh.That sucks.Try a factory reset and If that doesn’t work,Delete the Fitbit from your account and add it again.

Hope this helps!

Reset to manufacturer setting and deleting device and reinstalling works but its frustrating every couple of weeks I agree I bought an expensive smart watch for the fitness tracker but also for notifications and I feel like iconic has fallen short, way short extremely disappinted
