Hello, I have a galaxy s6 and I don’t receive notifications. I’ve tried swiping right and checking notifications status and it is on. I’ve went into the app on my phone and updated it to notify me for texts and calls and still don’t receive texts or calls. Any help/idea?

I do not have a Samsung phone, but on my phone i have a simular problem.
Check if the phone is in Do-Not-Disturb mode (DND).
If so, put it in Priority mode (DND -> Priority) and try again.
You need to set the Priority settings to your likings to get the notifications.
If you are not in DND mode, then try one of the many other possible solutions that can be found here.

It’s not on DND mode I pretty much tried everything unless there is another way about getting my notifications. I reset it (factory reset and manual), I changed the options on the app, I un sync’d it and also unpaired. Any other options?

It works fine but the app maybe a little buggy which is normal. Do it in this order or it will fail and you will need to reset your fitbit app.
I am assuming your app notifications are enabled on Samsung and ionic is paired to your s6.
If yes, Go under each of the notification types in the fitbit app and make sure the app you want to notify is enabled. Under notification, enable encryption(important) . In your samsung, enable fitbit notification hidden under the settings /appications /fitbit and scroll down to notification and set to allowed. That should do it.

@SunsetRunner is correct. I have an S6 and had the same issue. When you get to the notification screen on your app click off the Calendar Events and Emails notifications first then to to the App Notifications and click on each app you want to see notifications. For some reason on my S6 these pre-set notifications don't work but the individual ones do.
