Does anyone else’s ionic stop recieving notifications, mainly calls even though it works fine only hours before?.

 

this is my 2nd ionic as my first done the same thing until it got to the point it no longer synced at all.

I returned it and now the brand new one I have is doing the same thing.... 

 

help anyone? TIA

When my notifications stop it is because the setting on the screen when you swipe right has been accidently or mysteriously change from receive notifications to off. Worth checking.
