After I leave the clock screen, I get a screen displaying the numbers 0 - 9 in filed fashion no matter which button I push or which way I swipe the screen.  All I can do is push the back button and get the clock screen again.  I’m unable to access any of the apps.  How do I fix this?

Go into your Fitbit app, press the ionic to take you to the ionic settings..

Now scroll up to Device Lock

Tap and enter your phones unlock code.

Now disable for all but Fitbit pay.

Do you have a credit card in your wallet?  It might be asking for your PIN.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

No, I don’t have a credit card in my Fitbit wallet. I tried inputting my PIN but that didn’t do anything. All I got was the same number display 0 - 9 in field fashion. Thanks for your reply though.
