Old notifications still showing on Iconic

Hi everyone,

Anyone else experienced any notifications on your Iconic not clearing/ deleting itself after it has been cleared off a mobile? 

Currently have text messages which were read on the phone that are still showing on the fitbit iconic. Have tried many times but the individual "clear" and "clear all" are not working

Yes, I find that happens sometimes, particularly when I let it build up a bit, i.e. more than about 6 messages. Restarting the device usually let's me clear everything out.

Not all messages clear no matter what I do!

Yes, this happens with me too.  It's a bug.

I too have seen this recently and only a restart of the watch will clear it out - might be a bug with version 3...

hey all, anyone else getting notifications, but once you press clear, those messages stay on your watch when you swipe down? only way to clear it seems to be resetting the watch but it'll happen again not long after. the clear and clear all buttons do nothing!

 Have the same issue but only 2 older notifications won't clear, even if I reset.

Can anyone help?

Same here, my notifications will not clear since the latest update which has completely messed up my ionoic

If you haven't done so already, I recommend performing a restart. This may help refresh your watches system.

Hi. I have tried a restart and even reset my Ionic but the problem still persists leaving 4 old messages. After restart it does clear them but then it occurs again.

I reset my device (after syncing it all on the app) and it seems to have done the trick. So far good!

Is there a permanent fix available for this issue, its quite irritating to keep clearing old notifications also terrible user experience.
