I did the mistake of not looking at the compatibility list and of course the device I have (OnePlus 2) is not supported. Technical support isn't much help as they just tell me that my device isn't supported and that they're working on it. To me this is frustrating because I paid $300 for a device I can't utilize all the features this is abysmal from the Fitbit team considering that my device is a relatively new Android device that has Bluetooth 4.1. Does anyone have a workaround to get it paired and working correctly on the OnePlus 2 for example maybe I can run a custom rom on it to get it working I'm not even sure if that would work anyways anything is appreciated at this point I'm desperate

@Tdawg917 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Have you actually tried the set up process already?
I have an unsupported device as well (Moto G4) and I was able to set up and sync my Ionic. My advice would be to try these set up steps. If nothing, try these set up troubleshooting steps. This could help out.
If after doing this it is still not working, best thing to do will be to use a computer to set up and sync or a different device supported by Fitbit.
Keep me posted!
