There are lots of compatibility issues when using ionic with OPT. 

Can you please try to address them ?

I've got the same problems. i use my work phone. I want to buy a OP5T but i hope it will work.

FWIW, @Rohanp, Fitbit developers do not follow nor respond to posts in the Community.  They do not post any schedules as to when support for new devices will be added.  If a device is not on the Fitbit Compatible Devices list, there is likely to be compatibility issues with it.
