Hello guys,

I have been experiencing a very annoying problem. Firt of all is that fibtbi connect is not able to find any play list i create, reather it is Itunes or WMP. Anyway leaving this aside when I use fitbit connect to create a playlist and then to import to ionic, only the first song is imported correctly. The app shows that all the song were imported but when i use Ionic to play the songs only one song was imported.

A warm welcome to the Community @Jhmpdepaula! It's pretty weird that only one song of the whole playlist is being transferred. Remember that Fitbit will only transfer music from MP3 files, MP4 files with AAC audio and WMA files, regarding the playlists that will sync you need to create them in iTunes or Windows Media Player to be able to download it to your watch.

I would like you to restart your Ionic and then try transferring the music again

Hope this helps!
