Hi I just place an order on your website for Fitbit Ionic Classic Band (Charcoal, Smoke Grey) - Large, i have done the payment and have confirmation from razor pay,but i haven't received any order confirmation number or email from you,kindly look into it on urgent basis.

My money has been deducted.

Hi @Ankket  this is the community forum and for that information, you need to go back to where you placed your order. Did you order from fitbit.com? You will need to go to them when customer support is open in the morning.

Thanks for your reply,i have tried every possible means to get in touch,i bought the product online from Fitbit India ie, but after the payment no confirmation has been sent.

@Ankket  Reach out to customer support. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA.
