Paid watch display recharging?

I just updated the firmware 3.0 after I re installed the  watch face ( that I had already given a one time payment of 1.99) is telling me I have to pay again. I like the display but don't think it's fair to be charged after having paid one time already for a one time payment.

When you go to that payment website, you will find that you do not have to pay again for the same clock face.

Must be a different place then where  I paid for mine.  It was obvious  on my site that you entered your email address and they gave you a free clearing of the watch without further payment.  I've had to do that several times with no problem.

Normally when going to the site to pay, the user has two choices. 

Choice one is to pay.

Choice  two is I already bought. Choosing this option the user simply add their Email and the face is now registered as bought.
