Pairing to Fitbit app

Over the past couple weeks I've been having issues with the notifications showing on my Fitbit Ionic. Today I tried to delete the ionic profile on my Fitbit app and reconnect it. Now, I'm having trouble finding my Fitbit when trying to connect with it in the app. It also doesn't show up under the Bluetooth setting on my phone (Google Pixel 2).

Please help!

I'm having the same issue. I have a motorola G6 and after I downloaded the update it stopped syncing all day. When I wake up in the morning it's 20 minutes off and to get it sync I have to restart both the ionic and my phone numerous times. It's useless as an alarm now and as one way to fix it I tried a factory reset on it and now it won't let me add any of my credit cards back onto it. Changing the clock face is a gamble as sometimes it works and sometime it just says there was an error and it won't show anything at all except telling me to connect it to the app. I've been back and forth about 6 emails now with support and they're claiming it's because my phone isn't supported and that'st he issue. I told them it worked perfectly until the last update and it's having the same issue with my iPad also.

I just check their "compatibility" chart and your phone is fully compatible. I'm sorry you are having issues, but I am glad it's not just me. It has to be part of the update messed something up. So far the only thing I'm doing is restarting my phone and watch several times a couple times a day, but I can't use it as an alarm anymore. If I don't get it resolved over email soon I'm going to call in and be not very happy with them.

I have this exact issue! After I updated the app last week, the time is never correct and it will only randomly sync. I removed the device thinking if I added it back on it would fix it. Now the app can't find my device.
