I set up Pandora plus on the Fitbit app. I only had one radio station on my Pandora account. I chose Force sync in Pandora section on the app under Media. After about 15 minutes, I had success. The radio station showed up on the Ionic. So far so good. Based on what I read, it appears you can sync up to 3 stations. I then added 2 stations on my Pandora account and went through the same process. It tried syncing, then stopped. I have attempted to sync 20 times. It appears to update the first station on the watch but doesn't add the the other 2 stations.

It's great to have you here @Troutking! Yeah, you can sync up to 3 stations to your Ionic tracker and It can take up to 15 minutes to download each station just as you mentioned.
I would like you to restart your tracker and double check you're following these steps to download the stations. Did you notice any error message in your tracker or computer?
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I’m only seeing two Pandora stations on my Versa 2 but on the app it shows 3. I want to sync a different one after getting rid of the one that never synced....but the one that isn’t showing on the watch won’t delete. It always says “An unexpected error has occurred. Try again later.”
Any ideas?

@EvVersa2 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. Keep in mind that Thumbprint Radio is downloaded to your watch automatically and can't be removed without unlinking Pandora account from your Fitbit watch, this will delete all Pandora stations from your watch.
Also, I would like you to confirm that you tried restarting your watch and then follow this procedure to delete your playlist.
Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
