Parou de funcionar ao descarregar

Meu fit bit descarregou e ao carrega-lo ele fica apenas com o logo na tela.

ja reeinicei 2 vezes e sempre fica com ele ligado e aparecendo apenas a logomarca .

o que fazer?

Sorry @marioswim but this forum does not support Portuguese. 

Try setting up the ionic as a replacement device.

My suggestion was to try a local restart first, Not a factory reset. Perhaps the translator that popped up to automatically translate the post was incorrect. You can blame Microsoft Edge for that. 

Whilst The Fitbit forum is obviously an English speaking forum, we can always try and help an non-English post? Which is all I was trying to do.

A local restart is done simply by holding in both the left and lower right buttons. 

Your instructions where looking more like the more complicated factory reset.
