Weeks of past data has gone, this has happened before and fitbit couldn't solve the problem. Im currently walking for charity my data is how I record everything.  Anyone managed to solve this issue and return data ? 🙏

@CurlyS It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

I see where you're coming from. This issue has been resolved, make sure to keep your app updated this will ensure that you get all updates and bug fixes.

Regarding the steps that were lost, you may want to manually log an activity on your app. These steps will count towards your overall data but if you're in a Challenge, they won't count.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@CurlyS Thanks for getting back. Sorry to hear about this.

I'd like you to double check that you're logged into the same account that you were before and that there isn't another Fitbit account created. I've noticed that sometimes users accidentally create another account with a similar email address.

You can confirm your account creation by logging into your app > tap on your profile pic and you'll see the date you joined Fitbit. Can you double check if you're not seeing this info on your online Dashboard either?

@jsmiller Thanks for your input. 😀

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Sadly Fitbit just don't
care enough about customers
second time this has happened to me in 4 month. Years of using Fitbit I've
now lost my confidence with fitbit just not a reliable data tracker
anymore. I've a Adidas Ionic nothing but problems with it.
