Is there any way to pause notifications, for example if I'm trying to focus on work or taking a quick nap and don't want to be interrupted? With the Charge HR, I could just hold down the button on the main screen for a second and it would toggle all notifications on and off. It seems that somehow I can turn off individual app notifications somehow (although when I get a text message, I have no option to turn it on or off), so will somebody please help me? Or, if this isn't possible, could Fitbit please just put one more option in its Notifications app? Seriously, there's an option to have it on/off during exercise, and on/off during sleep -- is it too hard to have a button to turn them all off?

@Profswitzer, it is easy with the Ionic - on the clock screen, scroll left one screen, and toggle Notifications to off. When you're ready to receive notifications again, go to the same screen and toggle Notifications back to active.
