Phonak Marvel hearing aids won't pair left side? Help?

Phonak Marvel hearing aids won't pair left side? When playing Pandora app music from my Ionic:

1. Left hearing aid plays channel for 1 to 2 seconds then shuts off with the right channel continuing to play. If I pause the track on the Ionic then hit play again the left channel starts and plays for 1 to 2 seconds again then turns off.

2. When the left channel is audible it is out of sync with the right channel before it shuts down. Any ideas/help would be appreciated.

I would like you to remove the Phonak Marvel hearing aids from your Ionic by following these tips: 

1. On your watch, open the Settings app
2. Tap Bluetooth. 
3. Scroll down and tap Remove. 
4. Tap the device you want to remove and then tap Yes to confirm.

After this, please try setting up again the headphones.

I can't get my Mavel to connect at all. It pickes up the right one and so I click on it and then it a connection failed . How do I get it to work ??

Hi there, I can't get my Marvel's to connect to my versa 2 to save my life. Any hints? I've put them in pairing mode, what am I missing?

I got it working this morning actually... without attaching my Marvel to the versa 2... 

Attach phone to versa 2 and then play music with controls

Its playing from the phone with controls on the Versa 2 🙂 Perfection.

Was this problem ever solved?

I am having exactly the same problem with an initial pulse of sound to my left ear before reverting to my right ear only. 

Listening pleasure is obviously limited!

Help please!

I just attempted to pair my Phonak Marvel hearing aids several times with no success. I do not think this problem is of any consequence to Fitbit or Phonak and has not been addressed at this time.
