My Ionic was working just fine,then it began to lose time. I attempted to sync it, with no success. I contacted support for assistance and got it functional again. Once again, it began to lose time. I attempted AGAIN to re-sync it, no success. I went through all troubleshooting tips, including uninstalling/re-installing fitbit. Now the phone won't even recognize my device. Any suggestions???
Best AnswerI haven't noticed that I am losing time yet, but starting yesterday the phone is giving me warnings that it isn't syncing properly. I have been fighting it since. If I start resetting everything it eventually connects, but I have seen this type of thing before and typically it means a radio is failing. However, if others are experiencing it at the same time it could be a software issue this time.
