Plastic covers over sensors falling off

On the back of my ionic the plastic pieces covering the heart rate sensors are peeling off and it’s not tracking my heart rate accurately at all. I haven’t had this even 2 years and feel like this should not be happening. I spent a good amount of money on this and expected it to last a lot longer!

I'm confused. Plastic covers? There are no plastic covers. If there were they should of been removed when you got it

Did you get any reply from fitbit? Mine actually cracked and now won't read anything heartrate/spo2.
