My fitbit ionic which I received for Christmas (wait..this one is a replacement for that one - I had major problems). The problem started with losing some active minutes one day to a clock error a couple of days after that - the whole while my ionic was spontaneously restarting several times a day. Throughout this, I tried resetting daily with no help. This morning, it stopped syncing and said that there was a problem with the blue tooth. I followed the troubleshooting advice from fitbit community so I tried a factory reset this evening even though I was losing my day's activity. Now I can't setup my fitbit after the factory reset because the bluetooth still won't work. I have no fitbit. PLEASE HELP. I can't access the live chat - the feature is nowhere on the fitbit help page - I've loved this feature in the past when I've had to use it but it's longer a feature on the page. Neither is there a way to email for help and I don't have twitter. PLEASE HELP!! I love my fitbit.

Oh that is annoying! I think if you follow the linknin my Signature you will get options other than twitter (which I dont do either). Scroll to the the bottom of the page that comes up and select 'Get Support'. I better go check the link now lol
Edited to add that I just checked the link and it has all the methods of contacting Support on it, including live chat.
