The fitbit had water in the heart rate sensor. The only water it's
been in was bath/ shower
Best buy allowed me to return it.
Not good fitbit.. It Should be water resistant and it was not!
I have been trying to find a way to turn my fitbit on all day .. i feel it vibrate when plugged in ...screen will not turn on .. have done the holding buttons thing over and over with no luck ....
i guess factory reset ????? return it ???

When you're holding the buttons, are you holding the right button and the bottom left button at the same time? I find you do have to hold them a little longer than you'd think.

Sounds like your device is faulty. I'd certainly get a new one if it's still under warranty!
Make sure with your new one that you charge it using the Fitbit provided charger and you do not plug it into a USB hub. Only a laptop/computer or a wall plug in piece.
