What is maximum power in green led which is safe for human skin, wrt wearable devices?

Your heading is asking about how much power the led uses, your post is asking about how much light output is safe . The LED is unable to put out enough light to harm the skin .

 

The question should be what type of light does the LED put out. 

An LED puts out mostly visible light. With an extremely small amount of ultra violet and is safe for the people that are allergic to sun light or a normal light bulb.
