So I am super excited by all things Ionic, but am running a race within the next 2 months. What is the release date that it will be able to be shipped out if preordered?

That's exciting! When did you order and did you choose expedited shipping or normal? And what colour did you order? I'm still stuck with a DPD/Fitbit holdup.

Just got Shipment notification, so DHL have been informed, but not collected.
As it's DHL, I am hoping it may arrive by next millennium, as it is on expedited.
Of course, this is a week behind their shipping estimate to start off with.
At least the reports of the devices say they are really good.

I didn’t have to ask, he said he would refund me straight away. I even too the day off to be home. Apparently they get the shipping data first and just mark as item received as normally they would have item a couple of hours later but when items come from abroad this issue arises so it could be tomorrow or Friday when no one will be around to sign ☹️

Exactly as I predicted.
Did they leave it as "Upgraded" delivery when they refunded you, or is it now back at basic shipping again? I will contact them shortly. Like I said there is still at least one more step before it is out for delivery, I wouldn't expect anything until Friday. We may get lucky though I guess.

Yep 👍 they have kept it as upgraded. They said delivery is uasually 24hrs from when they get the item 🤞

I just contacted them through the chat on their app. She has refunded me the cost of the upgrade, I insisted that I would still like to receive the parcel as soon as possible once they receive it. She reckons it takes around 2-3 days to receive it from the Netherlands, so I should expect it either Thursday or Friday.

With DPD you can request to have the parcel delivered to your local DPD drop off point if no one is at home to sign. This will be one of the options when they send you your delivery slot. This may be something you could consider, another option is a neighbour.

Based in the UK, and just received my shipping confirmation at 1pm today. Coming from Netherlands via DHL, expedited, which it says is two days, so should have it on Friday (maybe Thursday?!).
I placed my order with Fitbit on Monday 25th September
(Have just cancelled my order with Amazon, as it looks like this is coming sooner). Poor show from Fitbit customer services, which seemed to have no clue what was going on regarding shipping, and simply quoted what their incorrect website said: 3-4 weeks shipping.

Just spoken with DPD, they have said still waiting to collect, and most likely early next week.

I was told Thurs-Fri but that was only a guess. I'd say Friday the earliest, but Monday is probably a more realistic estimation accounting for the weekend.
I will keep checking the tracking and update if anything changes.

Anyone else get their delivery speed upgraded? My friend and I both got ours upgraded. He chose regular shipping and got expedited, I chose expedited and got next day.
