Quick View on Ionic doesn't work after Firmware Update

Hi all,

I have to push the button to read the time ever since I updated the operating system on my ionic.  Does anyone know how to change the setting so that the clock activates when I raise my wrist?

Swiping right at the clock screen no longer works.

Thanks!!

Hey there @RRedhead, thanks for stopping by! I'd recommend checking what @LZeeW shared with you. My Ionic is still working as it should after the update.

If the steps don't work, please restart your Ionic by following these steps:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Ionic doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Then, on Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back button and swipe to the shortcuts screen > Screen Wake.

This should bring the Quick View feature back. Let me know the outcome!

@RRedhead  I'm not sure how your Screen Wake got turned off with the update -- mine did not.  Here is how to check the setting -- press and hold the left button.  You can swipe back and forth between the Music Controls and the Screen Wake/Notifications page.  If the Screen Wake is set on Manual, tap it to Auto.  Press the left button to return to your clock face.
