Hello,
Looking for some guidance. I had an issue with my Iconic GPS not working and was asked to send it in, for replacement. It's been 12 business days since the Iconic has been in their possession. Radio silence has gone dead and they have not sent the replacement nor are they replying to my inquiries.
Any suggestions?

Best AnswerHere I sit, broken-hearted, without my Ionic, it's since departed. Sent it back to get a new one, hope it's soon - IT'S BEEN 30 days!!! 🙄😁
