Bike activity not tracking distance

Same problem with my iconic fitbit , it shows only duration of biking,  nothing with respect to kms traveled and no heart rate indication . Frustrating experience   ,

Hi @Drqasba which mode are you using. Did you manually put the ionic into its bike recording mode? 

I also moved your ionic question out of the Android support.

Very good to hear from you ! Yes I manually put my iconic in the bike
mode..it only recorded duration and not kms and heart rate ..
