@Krissyjane I've moved your ionic post into the Ionic board.
To restart the Ionic it is the same as the Blaze, simply hold on the left and lower right buttons. This is explained in the user manual and the help docs.
Deleting the app will not do anything that updating the app will do and I would not expect it to work.
Restarting the tracker and the phone along with removing the tracker from the phones Bluetooth should fix it.
