My Ionic device was playing up (not tracking sleep, not syncing, not registering heart beat) so after restarting several times I removed the device from my phone blue tooth and off the account so I could set it up again. Now it won't complete the set up steps......it will find the device, but can't complete the second step of 'searching for tracker'. Has anyone else had this problem?
I ended up trying to do a factory reset and my fitbit died completely. I called Fitbit Support desk and they are sending me a replacement unit as they tell me my device is not able to be fixed.
