I recently bought an ionic smartwatch and when I go to transfer music the device randomly can’t be found and it gets sent into a restart loop Anyone know what to do? I’ve already tried manually restarting it 3 times in a row and all of the other troubleshooting tips, they don’t help.
Tl:dr I can’t transfer music onto my ionic at all and when I try to it sends the device into an unfixable restart loop

Hello @Umbra thanks for bringing this to my attention, let me give you a warm welcome to our Community Forums and assistance with your device.
Seems odd that your Ionic device starts a reboot loop when you try to transfer music, this is certainly not a common situation. First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and time troubleshooting your device prior to posting. To better assist you, can you please let me know if your device is still rebooting itself or the reboot loop eventually stopped? Also, I recommend you to check the troubleshooting steps that are specified on our help article: Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? and let me know how it goes.
I'll be around waiting for your reply, please keep me posted.
