Recorded exercises delete active minutes

Hi, 

every so often, my recorded exercises on my app reset active minutes to zero. My watch still recognised the active minutes and the app still sees my steps and heart rate etc. 

bit annoying when your in a challenge and you lose three hours exercise! 🙂

Thanks for sharing details about your active minutes earned on your activities. I see where you're coming from. 

I would like you to make sure there are no activities logged that might be deleting or overriding the data that's tracked by your Ionic. Has this happened with any activity in specific? Is it deleting all your active minutes?

Hi, this happens occasionally on activities. The last one was tracked in Strava as well as on my watch. The activity remains logged, will all the data other than Active Minutes which is set to 0

In this case, I would like you to attach a screenshot of the data you're seeing, this way I can provide with the correct troubleshooting.
