Hi @Soquete.
Are you able to post a picture? It would help others identify what exactly you are describing.
Thanks.
Best AnswerI just did the firmware upgrade to 3.0 that did a full reset. I've changed the clock face a few times and it's always there. Now it orangish.

Thanks for providing the pictures. Did the issue only occur after you updated to OS 3.0?
Best Answer@Soquete by any chance did your watch get in any contact with water? I mean shower, bath, anything. I am asking because my Ionic started glitching due to shower. Differently than yours ( in my case the screen fades in until anything is barely visible and does "ghosting" of previous screens ). This is probably the hardware issue if the factory reset didn't solve the problem ( in my case the glitch survived factory reset, too ).
Best AnswerI've had the ionic for about 8 months. And it's been like this for at least 3 of them. Never worn in the shower or in the pool. I wear it when I'm teaching and training and it def get sweat on it. But it seems. Like a hardware issue to me.
Best AnswerYes I would definitely agree regarding the hardware issue. I think your next port of call would be to contact customer support.
