Does anyone else have an issue with their ionic where there is a red light that goes all the way around the outer edge of the display? I'm Not sure if it's supposed to be there or if my watch has a defect.

Unless that is part of your clock face  installation, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Hi @Soquete.

Are you able to post a picture? It would help others identify what exactly you are describing.

Thanks.

@Soquete.

Thanks for providing the pictures. Did the issue only occur after you updated to OS 3.0?

@Soquete by any chance did your watch get in any contact with water? I mean shower, bath, anything. I am asking because my Ionic started glitching due to shower. Differently than yours ( in my case the screen fades in until anything is barely visible and does "ghosting" of previous screens ). This is probably the hardware issue if the factory reset didn't solve the problem ( in my case the glitch survived factory reset, too ).

I've had the ionic for about 8 months. And it's been like this for at least 3 of them. Never worn in the shower or in the pool. I wear it when I'm teaching and training and it def get sweat on it. But it seems. Like a hardware issue to me.

Yes I would definitely agree regarding the hardware issue. I think your next port of call would be to contact customer support
