Reminder to move not notify/vibrating

Hey, 

 

Anyone else noticed that the reminder to move hasn’t worked for the last couple of days? 

 

Just bought my Ionic about month in enjoying the features, however I have noticed that I wasn’t getting anymore notifications to move 10mins before the hour if I have not met the steps required and haven’t made any changes to this feature or promote. 

 

Also so made sure that the setting are correct and switched on.

 

Is this due to IOS update?

I’ve received notifications today so don’t think there is anything wrong with the system as such. However, the vibration is pretty ineffective (and that’s a story in itself) so maybe you’ve just been missing them.

Thanks, I have been monitoring it and it definitely didn’t  spring into action.

 

However I suspect after the IOS update recently it has put it off sinker, so I decided to to re-sync and remove the device/re-pair/re-install the app and change the clock face back to original  and only after this it started to work again.

 

Also i should have added I wasn’t receiving phone call/text notifications. 

 

Just happy this this is working again..
